Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone National Park is an international biosphere reserve, one of the unique objects of the UNESCO World Heritage, the first national park. Yellowstone was founded on March 1, 1872 by President Ulysses S. Grant. The National Park is located on the territory of three states – Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. The Park spreads for 3,468 square miles and is famous for its numerous breathtaking geysers and other spectacular geothermal phenomena, astonishing variety of flora and fauna, and picturesque landscapes. Plagiarism is an intentional appropriation of someone else’s work, art, idea, or invention. Plagiarism can violate copyright and patent laws, leading to legal responsibility (Kestler n.d.). However, plagiarism can be found in various fields, not covered by intellectual property laws such as mathematics and other scientific disciplines.
There are different reasons why people get married. If the marriage is between young people, they may want to get free from their parents and show that they are adult. If you are older than thirty, you may want to get married to ease loneliness or because all your friends are already married. At any age one can want to marry another person for money or for immigration purposes. But all of these reasons are not right, to my mind, as they lack the most important constituent – love.
Studying at school is one of the most significant periods of everybody’s life. At this stage it is necessary to acquire the basic skills useful for the future life after graduation. Unfortunately, not all the students can live up to teachers’ expectations and some of them drop out of school. Let us consider the major reasons of such an unpleasant reality.
If I were an employer, I would approach the problem of staff selection with scrutiny and much attention. I am sure that skilled workers can make a difference and secure success to any undertaking. But if the staff are not competent and don’t pay enough attention and/or not interested in what they do, the matters of the company will not progress and will eventually end up in nothing. So, what qualities should ideal candidate possess?
There are people who tend to look back into their past so often that they don’t have time to enjoy the present; others live in their dreams of future. To my mind, the both groups of people are missing the most important period of time – the present, which is where they live, what they do and what they really are. Let us consider what the most wide-spread reasons for such unreasonable behavior are and the ways out of them.
Sport is one of the most useful activities in our life. It not only secures healthy body, but also shapes our world perception, changes attitude towards life for the better and helps to overcome difficulties. People who go in for sport usually succeed in professional sphere and are more satisfied with their lives than those who lead passive lifestyle. So, in what way does sport influence people’s character?
With the invention of television our life became more fun. We received a great way of entertainment, and now in order to relax, we just have to push a button and find a program that is the most interesting for us. We can choose a show most appropriate for our current mood, whether it is curious, sad, fun, or any other. But let us consider the habits that television has developed in us.
There are some general problems that a person tries to solve for many years, maybe for the whole life. Who we are? Why are we living here? What is our mission in life? What is our place in the society? Each person has different preferences, demands and opportunities, which is why the answers to these questions differ greatly. Moreover, there are such moments in our life, when our own answers change, and one of them is college.
Effective leaders are such people, whom it is almost impossible to replace. In order to lead their company/group to success, they have to possess different characteristics and profound knowledge not only in their field of competence, but also in psychology, management and other spheres.
