Where Is It Better to Live – in the Mountains or Near the Beach?
For me there is no dilemma in this question, as from my childhood till now I don’t like vocations spent at seas and don’t really enjoy swimming and sunbathing. And thus, living on the beach is not so tempting for me. Why? I think, I am just bored there and don’t understand those people who are ready to spend hours lying in the sun and doing nothing. For me it seems like a huge waste of time.
How Religious Are Young People?
In many cultures religion is considered to be a part of tradition, and as such it is seen as an integral part of social life. However, younger people are not likely to be tied to tradition, and are more prone to expose themselves to diverse cultural influences. Youth considers religion to be a practice of the elderly. This is due to the fact that people are seen to embrace religion as they age and get closer to death, thus seeking the scenario of an afterlife for comfort. Young people are introduced to religion by their parents, but many of them decide to abandon their faith later in life. Studies conducted on Protestants aged between 18 and 30 showed that seventy percent of them stopped going to church by the age of 23, despite having attended it regularly in high school (Wilson, 2009).

Father’s Role in Child’s Upbringing
It was always well-known that father is an important and very influential person for everyone, although in the past his role was often underestimated. Why it was so? Why has this situation changed? I will explain my point of view.
The standpoint that father is not so important for a child was formed first of all because children from the very moment of their birth are more attached to their mother, as they need their milk, love and care. Moreover, fathers are often busy at work, seeing their children less frequently.
One Thing I Would Like to Change about My Childhood
I had a happy and interesting childhood. As computers weren’t that popular among people and I didn’t have brothers or sisters, I spent almost all the time in the streets playing with other children. When I went to the kindergarten, I met two friends, with whom I started to play and spend every free minute I had. I was really happy till the moment when one of my friends went away to live in the other country.
